Fom my desk.... What’s happening with Paper Tole? The Pyramid is taking the front line at the moment. This is the product that has introduced many newcomers to card making. A very simple form of layering. Majority of the designs have straight sides (although there are some hearts and circles) , so it is very easy to cut. Once cut the pieces then stack one on the other, either straight up, or at unusual angles. Some sheets even allow you to remove the centre of the design. This allows you to see the pyramid on the outside and look into the image in the middle. You must make sure, however, that your pieces are stacked correctly. If not, you may as well toss it in the bin, as this will spoil the finished product.... and no! don’t say no-one will notice, because they do! |
